Jean Pollack, Ph.D. is a psychologist, life coach, mediator, author and teacher who specializes in individual, couples and family therapy, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) using a mind body approach. She maintains a private practice in Pennsylvania but is available online to clients all over the US.
With over 20 years experience as a therapist, and an EMDR therapist, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. She also teaches Mind Body and Health Psychology at the graduate level. Her expertise is helping people to find their truth, their purpose, and resolve their conflicts.
In addition to being a prominent EMDR therapist, Dr. Pollack has written the book, Tango from Chaos to Creativity: How Multiple Personalities Emerge and Move Toward Integration, in which she shares the story of her “dance” with a particular patient, Jacen. In Tango from Chaos to Creativity, dancing is a means toward self-knowledge, creativity and self-expression, and freeing oneself from trauma.
Dr. Pollack is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her unique mind body therapeutic approach provides her clients a unique opportunity to search deeply while changing their lives.
