What gives us purpose?
It is different for everyone and it changes throughout our lifetime. When we are young, we don’t think about it; we just live it. Most of us loved playing outside, exploring, being in nature, biking, playing with friends, maybe drawing, dancing, or singing. If your love (passion) was encouraged and role modeled by your family, then you probably grew up trusting your passion (what you love to do, where you love to be, and who you love to be around).

While at the beach this week, I read the book Younger You, by Dr. Braverman, M.D., and agree with him that by changing your lifestyle with life coaching: you are choosing longevity while feeling younger.

It is deliberately paying attention, being fully aware of what is happening both inside and outside yourself — in your body, heart, and mind — and outside of yourself in your environment.
