Equality and Gender Difference

The definition of feminism is “the advocacy of women’s rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes.”

Here men are not mentioned, only sharing equality is. Yet, a persistent sense of feminism is that it promotes a dislike of men. Fairly, most feminists recognize the patriarchy as fact. This being defined as “a system of society or government in which men hold the power and women are largely excluded from it.”

DID, a Psychological Disorder of Great Intrigue

According to an article in the Huffington Post, “the plot takes your breath away.” But even as the movie progresses, the viewer gets a glimpse into what it’s like to be a man with an extreme dissociative identity disorder (DID).

Mindfulness: Enliven Your Life

Mindfulness eliminates stress and improves relationships.

Tara Brach, whose book Radical Acceptance, was one of the most pivotal and effective ever written on mindfulness, has recently released a series of videos that expand on her methodology and reasoning for why mindfulness is the key to a joyous life.
